• Data quality indicators help clinicians to know whether patient responses are reliable

Office Staff

• Use of system software requires minimal training, and there is no significant increase in their work load
• Software tools are provided for the efficient management of data collection
• Easily integrated into the daily routine of an organization

Program Managers and Administrators

• Provided with data on patient progress, targeting of services, and demographics –all summarized in aggregate reports
• Can use reports for counselor training/development or for supervision. Clinical supervisors can quickly review their supervisee’s caseloads to identify problematic cases
• Obtain standardized, reliable, severity-adjusted outcomes data
• Helps identify counselors’ strengths and weaknesses (e.g., for staff development, differential referral)
• Data useful for accreditation, clinical supervision, identifying “best practice” models, and facilitating utilization review is provided
