To address these issues, Polaris offers pilot programs that can be integrated quickly and inexpensively (some at no cost) into your organization. We believe the experience, resulting data and reports lead to the value and staff acceptance necessary for a full implementation.

Polaris offers (on a discounted fee basis) additional enhancements, customization and reports to meet customer specific needs. Polaris is confident that its basic offerings meet the “does it do what you say it does and what are the real costs?” questions.

Our pilot programs include step-by-step implementation planning, training and technical support for the duration of the trial; most pilots last from three to six months.

Here is what we provide at no cost:

✔ Consultation regarding the design of the pilot
✔ License for use of the product
✔ Technical support
✔ Unlimited assessments and patient reports for the duration of the pilot

To qualify for this offer you need:

✔ Access to the Internet on at least one personal computer
✔ Be able to provide data to us at 30-day intervals

Participation in a pilot involves no further obligation or cost. Should you choose to stop using the pilot system, simply notify us of your intentions.
