Solutions for Health Care Providers
Polaris's behavioral health outcomes assessment systems have been developed with funding from the National Institutes of Health following rigorous external scientific review. These learning solutions are administered online, and feature state-of-the-art information technology developed and field-tested in collaboration with health care providers and expert consultants. They can be easily integrated with most electronic health record systems using the HL7 and Web services interface.
Health care and service providers use Polaris solutions to build more effective treatment plans, improve clinical level decision-making and target interventions to specific client needs and strengths. Administrators use aggregate data reporting to better manage their organization while generating additional revenue.
The typical Polaris system includes (1) clinical assessments that contain predictive measures for symptomology, functioning and strengths, and are tailored to the target population (e.g., oncology); (2) clinician messaging; (3) online training and (4) predictive models to assess risk for adverse outcomes. Below are Polaris's solutions designed to support health care providers.
